We love seeing our athletes' photos shared, printed, and proudly displayed! Whether you're framing a favorite photo, making a gift for Grandma, or showing off your athlete on social media, we want you to enjoy the memories we've captured!

Every FSP Sports digital image purchase includes a Personal Print & Usage License. Here's a quick breakdown of what that means.

When you purchase digital images, you're purchasing the ability to download and use those photos — not ownership of the photographs themselves.

FSP Sports retains the copyright to all of our original photography.

Think of it like purchasing a piece of artwork. You can enjoy and display it, but the artist still owns the rights to their original creation.

Our personal usage license gives your family plenty of ways to enjoy your athlete's images!

Your digital purchase includes permission to:

• Print personal photos in sizes up to 11×14.

• Create personalized gifts such as blankets, mugs, and shirts for family and friends.

• Share your photos on social media.

• Use images for personal athlete profiles, recruiting, college announcements, and similar noncommercial purposes.

• Share purchased images with family members for their personal enjoyment.

No additional permission is needed for these personal uses!

We offer specialty products designed to showcase your athlete, and certain products are reserved exclusively for ordering through FSP Sports.

These include:

• Photo prints larger than 11×14

• Large-format posters and wall displays

• Sports banners and graduation banners

• Yard signs

• Big heads and life-size cutouts

• Other oversized or specialty photo displays

Your personal digital download license does not include permission to have these products made by another printing company or vendor.

Your personal usage license does not allow images to be sold, redistributed commercially, or used to generate income without additional written permission.

Examples include:

• Selling shirts, posters, trading cards, or other merchandise featuring our photography.

• Providing images to a business for advertising, marketing, or resale.

• Using images in paid endorsements, sponsorships, or NIL (Name, Image & Likeness) partnerships.

• Selling or licensing digital files to another person or company.

Here's an easy example:

✅ Making a shirt featuring your athlete to wear to their game? Go for it!

❌ Making 50 shirts featuring that same photo to sell as team merchandise? That requires separate licensing.

We love seeing our athletes succeed, and we understand that opportunities like sponsorships, NIL agreements, and commercial partnerships may come along!

We're happy to discuss a separate commercial usage license or, when appropriate, a copyright purchase agreement.

We put a lot of time, creativity, and care into capturing your athlete's memories. Our licensing policy helps protect that work while giving families the freedom to enjoy their images for years to come.
